Subject PETER OPTION EASY supposedly is a runner that began running from Subject CHARLIE OSCAR. Preliminary psychological analysis suggests the subject is highly paranoid. May slightly dramatize personal accounts (examples of such include claiming Subject CHARLIE BROVO is capable of intelligible conversation).

May be highly versed in runner mythology. Currently runs an "informative" blog. information matches current runner canon. Has referred to the Cinder Glade BUE as a "Wendigo", and has given a mythological background to the subject. Name and background may become canon to the runner community's mythos. It is unknown if the information is accurate.

Over all Subject POE isn't reliable enough to consider seriously. Any information that could come from him could be gleaned from more reliable sources.

Blackbird Singing

Hello folks. Special Agent Blackbird here. Sorry you've had to deal with Eye in the Sky (actually no most of you are jerks). I'm one of our public relation managers here at the commission (well actually that's Bx2, I just do this to fight off the compulsion). I'll probably be chronicling my endeavors as a field agent here. So you'll get both sides of our group.

Also just to clarify, Big Brother isn't an agent. The best way to describe his job is "Intelligence collector". He trolls the Internet for "Glass Prisoners" and documents information form those sources. (also there's that rumor that he battles MIKE NOVEMBER). I'm a field operative, which means I find the lay of the land. And occasionally shoot an eldritch monster until the big guns arrive.
